In case the product you receive is defective or incorrectly sent for e.g. wrong candle aroma or occasion from what you had ordered, you are eligible for a refund. You must return the item within 14 calendar days of you receiving it. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it along with all contents of the package, undamaged by you. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, contents of the package are missing or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I return a purchased item?

In order to initiate a return, please email us at general@artandode.com. We will email you a prepaid return label that you will need to print and paste it back on your return package. Make sure to include all the original contents, certificates, packaging and any additional materials sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.

How will I be refunded for the return?

We will inspect your return shipment upon receiving it and after successful processing of return, you will be refunded the full purchase amount of the returned item(s).

The following products will not be eligible for a refund:

  • Product that exhibits damage to the box or to the product
  • Product that has been used
  • Product not in its original condition
  • Product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

How do I cancel an order?

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If your product has shipped, you are eligible for a replacement or return if the item is defective or incorrectly sent for eg. wrong aroma or occasion.
